Can my purchases be gift wrapped?
Yes, we have a specific item that can be added to your cart which will let our team know that you would like your purchases gift wrapped.
Do you do custom orders?
Yes, definitely! We love custom orders. Please send us a message via our contact form.
Can I send an item as a gift?
Yes, definitely! At checkout, please specify in the notes section that it is a gift. Ensure that you put a different delivery address from the billing address. This will ensure that the gift is sent to the recipient directly.
Shipping
When will my order be shipped?
Please allow between 7-10 business days for your order to be completed. All products are made to order so on occasion this may be longer due to delays. Please see our delivery policy.
How much delivery cost?
We have a flat rate shipping fee of $9.95 for standard and $14.95 for express. We also offer free shipping for orders over $110.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, at this stage we only deliver within Australia.
Can I pick up locally?
Yes! We are located in Maddingley, Victoria 3340.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return my order?
Due to items being personalised, no returns will be accepted unless items arrive faulty or damaged. Please see our return policy.
Can I get a refund on an order if I changed my mind?
We do not offer a refund for change of mind. Please see our return and refund policy.

What payment options are there?
We currently offer PayPal, credit card and direct bank transfers.
